By enrolling in any course offered by Mindseeker. Student  agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Access

Upon successful purchase, students will be granted access to the enrolled course(s) via our learning platform. Course access may include live classes, recorded videos, PDF notes, projects, and assessments.

3. Course Content

All course materials are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. No Refund Policy

Once a course is purchased and access has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly advise users to review course details, features, and prerequisites before making a purchase.

5. Modification or Cancellation

Mindseeker reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or part of it without prior notice. However, we will strive to ensure the continuity and quality of learning for enrolled students.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain respectful and professional behavior during all live sessions and interactions with instructors or other learners. Any form of abuse, harassment, or violation may result in suspension of access without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Mindseeker makes no guarantees regarding job placement or career outcomes. While our courses are designed to enhance skills and employability, success depends on individual effort and external factors.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Rights & Restrictions

  • Members must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
  • The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
  • The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
  • By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
